Technical Support Services for a multinational IT company.
You will join a team focused on delivering Windows Support service for a multinational IT manufacturer company in Barcelona.
Your mission will consist in gathering the problem description, troubleshooting in order to identify the faulty part, triggering all corrective actions to fix it, updating the customer on regular basis.
Technical requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Excellent knowledge in NT/W2K/2003/XP
Experience with Administration, of Windows servers
Microsoft Certified System Engineer
Good communication skills,
Team Spirit
Good level of English (mandatory). Knowledge of other European languages welcome.
Availability to work in shift pattern.
